Untuk layarnya sendiri berukuran 5.1 inci dengan resolusi 2K 2560x1440 piksel kerapatan 576 ppi dan menggunakan jenis Super AMOLED. Di sektor hardware sangat mumpuni berkat processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 450 dibarengi GPU Adreno 420 dan RAM sebesar 3 GB. Untuk fitur pun tidak jauh berbeda dengan Samsung Galaxy S5 versi standar seperti sensor sidik jari, sertifikat IP67 dll.
